Maybe I haven't been reading the Suri Cruise Fashion Blog on a consistent basis because somehow I missed the information about this RIDICULOUSLY cute BUT insanely boujis baby shoe line, Petite Maloles from Paris. Looking at these little flats makes my heart palpitate like a hummingbird, HOWEVER, I gotta draw the line somewhere! So, don't look in your closet for any of these anytime soon; just admire from afar.

Mission Organization: Garage project in motion!

I think the neighbor's jaws dropped a bit when they caught a gander of our newly organized garage. These shelving units are great and we bought them from Front Gate. We hired our nanny's husband to put them together. In a few hours, we had space for two cars. Worth it! BUT I'm not celebrating yet! I won't quit until I can eat off the floors and until every shelf is labeled and grouped in sections. I might have to take a day off and knock this out. Stay tuned!

Mommy Tips: My Favorite Things Basket!

One of my favorite gifts I received when I was pregnant was a collection of someone's "favorite things" for their baby. And now that I'm a Mom it's fun to pass along my favorite things to my friends who are expecting... Amongst the goodies in this collection are: Burt's Bees lotion and shampoo, Carter's "just on year" plush toy that plays a tune, baby OXY Clean, a flip cam, Gerber Baby onesies, Aden and Anais muslin swaddle blankets, a tub of Aquaphor, Dr. Brown's bottles, wash cloths, Munchkin baby spoons and of course all housed in an infant to toddler pink bath tub. One trip to Target and you're set. Last step - pick up some cellophane paper and a cute ribbon. Done!

What better way to look bebe boujie than this tres chic pink Baby Dior toggle-buttoned cardigan Mommy bought you in Paris? I just want to point out that the only anything Dior Mommy owns is a tube of mascara! But I just can't help myself... you're worth it.

Dear Junebug,

Mommy goes on business trips all the time but for some reason this time was different. I was MISERABLE being without you... not even the sight of the Eiffel Tower could make up for the awful feeling of being so far away. I wished I could bring you to these marvelous places but you are impossible on an airplane! In the meantime, you can read all these wonderful books about Paris in your nursery and maybe someday when you're bigger (ALOT bigger) we can do a Mommy and Me trip to Paris... just the two of us!

FEEDING: whole milk 16-24 ounces per day... scrambled eggs, oatmeal, toast, fruit, quesadillas, apple sauce, chicken, veggies...

Doctor says time to give up the "baba"! Gotta switch to cups!

I swear on my life I bought these EPIC All Saints silk pajama pants before I saw Lourdes Leon show up to the Vanity Fair Oscar party sporting the brand. Although I'm not too embarassed to admit that I am slightly influenced by this uber hip teenager's style choices. If Madonna's daughter is wearing it... so am I!

Spend vs. Splurge: Luxury Basics

Okay, so seriously, Proenza Schouler? A black and white striped t-shirt for $320.00?! It's hella cute but it must be spun by Cinderella's singing blue birds to be charging this kind of coin for a t-shirt! On the other hand, these FIERCE Prada clogs are so crazy priced at $600.00, they must be made out of the cowhide of a golden calf... and I don't care! Wrap 'em up!

Will you be my Little Swan Queen?

Black Swan was the BEST movie this year and I'm obsessed with actress Natalie Portman's portrayal of a cookoo-bird ballerina. The whole time I kept thinking about you and the way you are always running around on your tip toes. But not JUST on your tip toes - I'm observing what they call in dance, "sur les demi-pointes", it means standing high on the balls of your feet under part of the toes. See! I'm already turning into that crazy ballerina stage Mommy in the Black Swan who is convinced you are a virtuoso baby dancer! I've already found you these yummy little ballerina shoes at Old Navy - cute! Plie! Poisson! Allegro! Practice, my little Swan Queen!
