So I'm in breast feeding support group and the topic of easy meals comes up... turns out all you have to do to make a roast chicken is put the chicken in a casserole dish... put your choice of seasoning (I like Lawry's Seasoned Salt) all over it and cook it for 45 minutes at 450 degrees (I did not pre-heat the oven). No one ever told me that before! I tried it and it was amazing! We had a great dinner for two and had leftover chicken for quesadillas the next day. Try it! P.S. Remember to pull out the bag inside full of chicken "stuff". I'm sure you knew that but I'm the kind of dummy that needs to be told.
